Information used to provide downloads
When you submit a TikTok URL, it is sent to our server and may be passed to media resolution providers. Available files may be delivered by their source, a content delivery network or a media relay. These services receive the network information needed to handle requests.
Servers and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and error information for delivery, security, rate limiting and troubleshooting. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you include.
Operational metrics and retention
Our download health metrics contain aggregate counts and up to 100 recent diagnostic entries with safe identifiers, outcome categories and durations. This metric store resets every six hours and excludes full submitted URLs, IP addresses, credentials and cookie values.
That six-hour window applies only to this metric store. Separate server, CDN, security, resolution-provider and email records may follow different retention practices; this policy does not promise that all infrastructure logs are deleted after six hours.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies may support session security, request validation, Cloudflare protection and advertising. Theme preferences use local storage. The web app may cache public assets and its offline screen on your device. Its offline cache excludes live pages, download API responses, media and request tokens.
Google and other advertising providers
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve advertising based on your visits to this and other websites. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver and measure ads.

Your choices and contact
You can manage cookies and clear local storage or cached site data in your browser. Blocking some technologies may affect security, preferences or functionality. Uninstalling the web app does not necessarily clear all browser data.

Include enough detail to identify your request, but do not send passwords or sensitive account details. We may need to verify the request and may retain information required for security or legal obligations.
